ANFA calls 24 players for closed training for the Asian Cup Qualifiers
KATHMANDU: Twenty-four players have been called for closed training for the Asian Cup football selection competition.
According to the All Nepal Football Association (ANFA), head coach Abdullah Almutairi has named 24 players for the closed training.
According to ANFA, the closed training will start from April 15. Kiran Kumar Limbu, Deep Karki, Vishal Shrestha, Ananta Tamang, Anjan Bista, Eric Bista, Ayush Ghalan, Vikas Khawas, Vimal Gharti Magar and Darshan Gurung have been named in the closed training.
Similarly, Devendra Tamang, Dinesh Rajbanshi, Gautam Shrestha, Manish Dangi, Navyug Shrestha, Pujan Uparkoti, Rohit Chand, Santosh Tamang, Sujal Shrestha, Suman Aryal, Suman Lama, Sunil Bal, Suraj Jew Thakuri and Tej Tamang are also in the team.
Nepal, Kuwait, Indonesia and Jordan are in Group A of the selection. The selection game is coming which will be held in Kuwait from the 8th.
