World Cup Qualifiers: Brazil beat Bolivia, Argentina played a draw
KATHMANDU: Brazil have beaten Bolivia in the South American World Cup qualifiers. Brazil beat Bolivia 4-0 this morning.
Brazil’s Richardson scored twice and Lucas Pacquiao and Bruno Guimares scored once each. Brazil, the top team in the South American selection, has already been selected for the World Cup in Qatar.
In the other match, Peru beat Paraguay and Uruguay beat Chile 2-0. Venezuela lost 1-0 to Colombia.
Similarly, Argentina is tied. Argentina drew 1-1 with Ecuador. Julian Alvarez scored in the 24th minute to give Argentina the lead.
However, during the injury time of the game, Inner Valencia scored a goal to bring Ecuador level. Argentina has already secured a place in the World Cup.
